Family Solicitor - Supervisor

The role:
- Oversee robust compliance with bodies like the SRA and LAA
- As the successful supervising family solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care maintaining the existing client-focused ethos
- You will lead and manage a small, growing team focused on publicly funded work
As the successful Family Supervisor Solicitor, you will:
- Have 3 or more years of PQE within family law and have the necessary accreditation to supervise
- Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to motivate a busy team; previous management experience is highly desirable
It is essential that you meet the family supervisor requirements with the LAA
Family Panel, Child Panel or Resolution accredited solicitors are encouraged to apply
