Administrator – Property Services Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time, 37.5 Per Week Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administrator to support the delivery of property improvement works across the Leeds region. You will provide essential administrative support, maintaining internal systems, assisting with work programmes, supporting contractor performance, and handling customer enquiries and complaints. The role also supports health & safety compliance, reporting, invoicing, and continuous service improvement. About you: Experience in a customer-facing administrative role Confident using IT systems and managing data accurately Strong communication and organisational skills Able to work to targets and priorities in a busy environment Experience in repairs, maintenance, or working with contractors is desirable.
