Sales Development Representative
Location: Wigan / Hybrid • Salary: £55,000

Working closely with the Head of Commercial, youll be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling incoming business enquiries, pricing proposals, and solution design for potential and existing clients across eCommerce and retail sectors.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing inbound sales enquiries, qualifying opportunities, and identifying the best‑fit fulfilment solution.
* Preparing costings, proposals, and pricing models in line with customer requirements.
* Supporting with client onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
* Maintaining accurate data in the CRM and producing reports for management.
* Contributing ideas to improve the customer journey and strengthen client relationships.
What Were Looking For
* 3+ years experience in a sales support, pricing, or account management role – within fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL logistics.
* Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, solution‑led approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with clients at all levels.
* Well‑organised, analytical, and comfortable preparing detailed proposals.
* Collaborative team player with the initiative to manage tasks independently.
* Able to build bespoke pricing solutions for a client base.
