Your new role
As a Logistics Coordinator & Demand Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end supply chain operations across Europe.
The position offers a unique blend of responsibilities:
1. 70% Logistics Operations
2. 30% Demand Planning Support
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Distribution
3. Coordinate daily outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and full processpletion (including Post Goods Issue)
4. Manageplex and specialised shipments, including urgent deliveries, demo equipment, and customer-specific requirements
5. Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and internal teams
6. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and missing inventory
7. Ensurepliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards
8. Monitor logistics performance and proactively identify risks or delays
Supply Chain & Demand Planning
9. Support demand forecasting by collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
10. Balance supply and demand to meet customer requirements while maintaining inventory targets
11. Manage stock levels, including slow-moving and end-of-life inventory
12. Ensure accuracy across systems ( SAP), including delivery schedules and stock data
13. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate supply timelines
This is a highly collaborative role where you will interact with multiple stakeholders across operations, procurement, warehousing, andmercial teams to maintain strong service levels and operational excellence.

Essential Experience & Skills:
14. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution coordination
15. Experience working with warehousing, transport operations, or third-party logistics providers
16. Understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms
17. Exposure to demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management
18. Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
19. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manageplex logistics challenges
