About the Role
We're a growing real estate agency operating across North West England, and we're looking for driven, self-motivated agents who want to earn what they're actually worth.
This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. You'll be out in the field generating your own business, winning instructions, and managing the entire transaction from first contact through to completion. Sales, lettings, or both—you'll have the freedom to build your own pipeline across the full spectrum of residential property.
Our model is built around a commission-heavy structure with genuinely uncapped earnings. There is no ceiling on what you can take home. The more you put in, the more you earn—it's that simple. You'll also have the security of a guaranteed base salary, so you're protected while you build your book of business.

What You'll Be Doing
* Generating your own leads and building a personal pipeline of instructions across both sales and lettings.
* Winning new business through prospecting, networking, canvassing, referrals, and local market presence.
* Conducting market appraisals and valuations to win instructions at the right price.
* Managing the full listing process—photography, property details, portal uploads, and marketing.
* Handling viewings, negotiating offers, and securing the best outcomes for your clients.
* Progressing sales transactions from offer through to exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and all parties in the chain.
* Managing lettings from instruction through to tenant move-in, including referencing and tenancy setup.
* Building lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
* Travelling throughout North West England to meet clients, conduct viewings, and develop new areas.
Who We're Looking For
Essential:
* A self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do—you see opportunity and you go after it.
* Sales-driven with a hunger to earn and a track record of delivering results, whether in property or another commission-based environment.
* Confident handling the complete property transaction process from valuation through to completion.
* Comfortable working across both sales and lettings—or eager to develop skills in both.
* Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
* Strong negotiation skills with the resilience to handle setbacks and keep pushing forward.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout North West England.
Desirable:
* Previous experience as an estate agent, lettings negotiator, or in a property-related sales role.
* Existing local market knowledge across the North West.
* Propertymark (NAEA/ARLA) qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
