Overview
Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with colleagues, you will create a positive learning culture; developing and supporting the team through effective supervising, coaching and mentoring
2. Play a role in how the team operates and develops – such as feedback, counselling, finance, recruitment, learning and development
3. Manage to completion the technical delivery and reporting for projects, providing insight to projects on technical matters
4. Present to clients at senior executive and board levels
5. Play your part in the development of meaningful propositions and thought leadership for clients around their biggest challenges in the market and support sales-oriented client interaction
6. Assist in responding to varied client proposals
7. Develop strong relationships with your peers across other teams
