We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support a global fixed assets transformation programme. This role will play a key part in the implementation and optimisation of the PeopleSoft asset module across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract and reconcile fixed asset data between the general ledger, subledger, and asset registers
* Prepare country- and business unit-specific asset templates for validation by finance teams
* Work closely with Digital Transformation (DMT) teams to manage data loads and post-load validations
* Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues during system testing and go-live
* Support depreciation testing cycles and ensure data accuracy pre- and post-runs
* Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and IT to ensure successful adoption of new processes
* Assist business units with data cleansing to ensure alignment with new GL structures
* Monitor GL accounts and ensure manual accounts are fully retired post-implementation
* Provide input into continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of fixed assets, general ledger, and subledger processes
* Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft (ideally PFST asset module)
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning)
* Experience with tools such as SmartSheet, Cadency, and Power BI desirable
* Previous involvement in ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects
* Ability to work independently with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
