What you\'ll be doing
* Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business challenges into analytical questions.
* Digging into behavioural, research, and panel data to uncover trends and opportunities.
* Creating dashboards, reports, and narratives that make complex data clear and compelling.
* Supporting strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
* Championing customer-centric thinking across the organisation.
What you\'ll bring
* Experience delivering research projects independently — ideally in education or assessment.
* Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
* Confidence in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* A curious mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and data visualisation skills.
