The ideal Registered Manager candidate will have:
A Level 5 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Services (RQF) or equivalent
NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
A full UK driving licence
Proven experience in delivering excellent care
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Proven Ofsted inspection Rating of Good or Outstanding
Knowledge of Clearcare Solutions reporting system
