What's involved with this role: Are you a qualified BSL Interpreter Level 6 and are looking for flexible working? Our client is a consultancy who have opportunities to work across various settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilising your BSL skills to facilitate effective communication and contribute to the success of our team. What you will be doing BSL to English and English to BSL communication Interpreting phone calls Written English translation English proof-reading Interpreting meetings and events Assistance with other administration tasks within an office environment Ability to work in a vehicle where necessary (happy to be a passenger) Assistance with further development opportunities within the organisation What we are looking for Punctual, dependable, and able to work professionally in confidential environments Knowledge of postal procedures and protocols would be desirable BSL Interpreter Level 6 qualification Registered with either NRCPD or RBSLI Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance DBS clearance within the last 3 years Other Requirements Ability to work ad hoc, with flexibility to cover a minimum of 30 hours per week Willingness to travel to various locations as required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information If you do not hear from us within three working days, unfortunately your application has not been shortlisted on this occasion.
