IT Procurement Administrator Location: Watford
Permanent, Full-Time (Mon – Fri)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Administrator to support our IT procurement processes. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware, software, and services, while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and supplier contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and assist in resolving any procurement-related issues.
Support budget tracking and provide regular reports on IT expenditure.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
Previous experience in procurement or administration, ideally within an IT environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
