The primary purpose of Order to cash Business Process Management Specialist is to drive simplification, standardization and automation of new Processes, evaluate/ improve existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, charging rules, etc., as needed. Responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of O2I Technical Support for all Allianz Technology SE. This role will also act as helpdesk support for technical billing issues and take action to provide support on billing related queries to all stakeholders. The O2C Business Process Management Specialist will also provide required regular reporting to the relevant parties. You will · Act as point of contact and partner with all stakeholders to provide support for technical billing/O2I related questions, and/or resolve inconsistencies and errors; · Responsible for providing solutions and support for new O2I tool and existing billing SharePoint; · Create business process designs and facilitate process changes in collaboration with Procurement/ sourcing solutions team and system owners based on charge requests. · Own and manage the CoC ticket workflow(In Service Now) assigned and timely action pending requests from stakeholders; · Coordination with the Accounting Billing team in Munich for billing and payment run activities; · Drive continuous improvement of business processes in collaboration with the Munich/ Barcelona Team with the aim to continuously simplify, standardize and automate the standard processes for easier usage of end users. · Develop and maintain business process documentation for the technical billing queries and solutions implemented( SOPs/ Work instructions/ Manuals) · Provide regular reporting to stakeholders; · Coach and train new colleagues, as required.
