Software support person required to work in a small and friendly collaborative team, providing first and second line support to end users. Bespoke software. The role is office based.
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second line software support to end users
* Work within a small, collaborative team
* Handle multiple support cases
Qualifications
* Experience within a Software Support role (this is not hardware/PC support)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures and database maintenance
* Experience with SSRS Report Builder
* Ability to manage multiple support cases
* Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits)
