The Ballymena branch provides a friendly and supportive setting where customers can expect a consistently high level of service.Role SummaryIn this front-line position, you will act as a key contact for customers, creating a professional and welcoming experience at every stage. You will support day-to-day enquiries, complete transactions, and manage cash in a secure and accurate manner.Main DutiesDeliver an excellent level of customer service by handling enquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous way.Process deposits, withdrawals, lodgements, and related counter transactions accurately.Follow established cash procedures, including end-of-day balancing, in line with security and audit requirements.Support awareness of the bank's services and assist customers in using digital or self-service facilities where appropriate.Play an active role in maintaining a supportive and team-focused branch environment.The PersonWe are looking for an individual who is attentive to detail, comfortable handling cash, and capable of delivering an excellent in-person customer experience.Essential Criteria:Background in a customer-facing role.A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to wider business goals.High levels of accuracy and dependability when dealing with cash.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities effectively.Desirable Criteria:Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a retail cash-handling environment.A full, clean UK driving licence.Package & Benefits£13.74 per hourMonday to Friday 9 am to 5 pmTemporary up to 6 monthsHow to ApplyIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your CV through the application form supplied.DisclaimerIf you have a disability and require support at any point during the recruitment process, please contact us directly so we can discuss your needs.
