 
        Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day care operations and driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. Requirements ● Responsibility for managing the day to day services, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance ● Day to day management & development of the office team, ensuring a positive work culture ● Support with recruitment, onboarding and training of care professionals ● Build strong relationships with families and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients ● Manage the client assessment and care planning process ● Staff rota’s and On Call rota ● On Call support if required ● Monthly compliance audits ● Support with local community engagement and events ● Proven experience in a Care Manager role within a home care service ● Leadership & people management skills to drive the team towards achieving agreed business objectives ● Strong Communication skills, written, verbal & visual ● Stakeholder management - confident in building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and community partners ● IT Skills; proficient in the use of IT, software systems, apps and social media platforms. Experience of Access Care Planner is beneficial. ● Problem solving mindset; ability to calmly find solutions to overcoming challenges ● A recognised qualification in health and social care at Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards ● Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle ● You will be joining a forward-looking, family run business that sets the standard for what care can do, you can expect
