I’m partnering with a market leading business in Wakefield that is going through a significant phase of digital improvement and are looking to recruit a new Software Developer to join the team.
As a Software Developer, you’ll work with C#, .NET and Angular to build modern applications that make the digital experience of customers and colleagues smoother, simpler and more intuitive. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative software development team where your ideas and approach will influence how digital products are shaped and delivered.
What you’ll be working on
* Developing new and existing applications using C#, .NET, SQL and Angular
* Writing clean code and ensuring all software has clean architecture
* Building and redesigning cloud solutions
* Designing and enhancing APIs that connect core business systems to 3rd parties
* Deliver seamless user journeys
* Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
* Commercial experience with C#, .NET, SQL and Frameworks (Ideally some Angular experience)
* A solid understanding of modern web application and back-end development
* A focus on quality, maintainability and long-term engineering standards
* Clear communication and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams
* A learning mindset and willingness to contribute to an evolving engineering culture
You’ll also gain exposure to:
* Azure cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
* SQL Server
* Integration with third party APIs
* Agile delivery practices
* Creatio CRM Platform
* React, Vue and other front-end frameworks
