We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing HR data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR systems, and providing insights to support HR decision-making. A key focus of this role will be on data mapping and alignment between HR and workforce systems, as well as supporting system implementation and data transformation. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various systems. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data processes and systems. Focus on data mapping and alignment for integrations between system Support system implementation and data transformation initiatives. Manage stakeholder relationships and gather data requirements. Support HR initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Proven experience in data analysis and HR systems management. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with HR software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Kronos, Zellis/Resource Link). Strong communication skills.
