Element have an exciting opportunity in Malvern for a Test Technician/Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. This position will enable you to become an accomplished engineer proficient in performing a wide range of Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests covering an expansive range of products and applications.

As a member of the team, you would perform a vital role that would include;
1. Conduct EMC and Radio Frequency (RF) tests within Anechoic Chambers using a variety of test equipment including, EMI Test Receivers, Spectrum Analysers and Oscilloscopes
2. Performing testing to applicable standards or test plans, whilst accurately documenting the testing process and outcome
3. Understanding customer test plans and how to properly follow laboratory technical procedures and test specifications
4. Setup test equipment and follow written specifications necessary for the accurate performance of the test
