As we continue our international expansion, the UK has been identified as a priority market. We are seeking a driven and commercially focused UK Sales Manager to lead our growth in London and establish the foundations for long-term success.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced UK Sales Manager to drive NEFT Vodka's growth across both on- and off-trade channels in London. This field-based role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in premium spirits sales.
You'll be responsible for building key account relationships, managing distributor partnerships, and developing sales strategies that strengthen NEFT's position in the UK. As our senior sales lead in the market, you'll also help shape future commercial operations and play a key role in building a national sales team as we scale.
This is a high-impact role suited to a self-starter ready to take on leadership within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute sales and brand strategies to drive case volume, revenue, and brand awareness across the London market.
* Focus on building distribution in high-profile on-trade accounts (bars, clubs, hotels, restaurants) and select off-trade retailers.
* Represent NEFT Vodka at customer meetings, tastings, industry events, and activations.
* Build and manage strong working relationships with key wholesale partners, bar managers and buyers.
* Conduct staff training sessions, menu placements, and promotional activations with partner venues.
* Deliver compelling brand presentations and ensure NEFT is represented in line with global brand standards.
* Regularly report on sales activity, market trends, competitor insights, and opportunities.
* Ensure effective pricing, brand activation, and promotional activity in line with market strategy.
* Be in the field with customers 80% of the time, managing account visits, activations, and relationship development.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
* 5+ years' experience in premium spirits sales and commercial leadership
* Strong network of contacts within UK BWS industry – especially in premium venues.
* Proven ability to open and grow accounts, drive brand visibility, and achieve sales targets.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build lasting relationships.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and occasionally nationwide.
* Able to work evenings and weekends as required for activations and events.
Preferred:
* Experience managing distributor relationships and trade marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle brands in spirits, wine, or hospitality.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
