Senior Manager - Accountancy Practice
We are recruiting a Senior Manager for a well-established and growing accountancy practice. This is a senior role with responsibility for managing a significant client portfolio, leading a team, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm. There is a clear progression route to Director level within 2-3 years for the right individual.
The Role
Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring a high standard of service
Lead, mentor, and develop a team across accounts, audit, and advisory work
Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and overall practice performance
The Person
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice
Proven experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
Commercially minded with an interest in business development
Confident communicator with good leadership and relationship-building skills
Ambitious and motivated to progress to Director level
