I'm looking for a kind of "helper, companion, carer, personal assistant, not boring… person" with common sense, rather than someone with certificates in bed making and babysitting.
This is not your normal ping a meal, make a cup of tea, and chat on your phone job. It's a job to help me on my path, support me when I need help, and enjoy every hour.
Over the past 25 years, I've had many great carers... I had a diving accident, on paper I'm a c5/6 complete (broken neck) ...
Pay is above average because I do not use an Agency, everything is handled in-house so you don't give your wages to an Agency to sit on their backside.
Pay is above average at £220-£240 depending on you and your experiences, based on 24-hour/pro-rata. Job-based and is near Romford.
