As our Revenue and Debt Service Manager, you'll lead the administration, collection, and enforcement of key income streams-including Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR). You'll directly manage our in-house Council Tax service and oversee our outsourced NNDR function (delivered by Capita), ensuring revenues are maximised and services are efficient, fair, and customer-centred.
In this role, you will:
* Provide operational leadership across billing, collection, recovery, and enforcement services.
* Drive innovation and service improvement in line with strategic goals.
* Manage key partnerships, including the outsourced NNDR service provider.
* Lead frontline customer service delivery-online, by phone, and face-to-face.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and governance.
* Support the Head of Revenue and Debt in developing long-term strategies and budget planning.
