Their Accounting Services team delivers outsourced accounting solutions, helping organisations remain compliant while also providing valuable insight into their financial operations. Responsibilities
* Preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS)
* Delivery of outsourced accounting services to a range of clients
* Supporting clients through secondments where additional resource is required
* Bookkeeping and preparation of periodic management accounts
* Managing and overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts for international clients
* Providing advisory support on:
o Statutory accounting and compliance requirements
o Improvements to financial reporting processes and cycles
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to work from first principles
* Good working knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS, with some awareness of US GAAP
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
* Experience working in practice or a client-facing environment
* Highly organised and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop junior team members
