Base pay range
We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Manchester M2. This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will alternate between 6:30am to 2:30pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm. The site hosts a wide range of hospitality experiences, from fine dining to working lunches, meeting catering, and seasonal celebrations. Every offering is crafted with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on customer experience. You'll need to be presentable, approachable and able to communicate clearly to deliver high quality service. As part of your role, you'll enjoy a freshly prepared meal while on shift, courtesy of our in-house kitchen team. Wilson Vale is an established, quality‑led contract caterer. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high‑end ethos throughout. Skills and Experience
* Have experience working in a similar role and environment
* Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high‑pressured environment
* Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
* Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
* Have excellent customer service and social skills
* Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
* Have a can‑do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 5
* Be customer focused
* Have basic food knowledge
* Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
