Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day business operations with Extreme Networks, including KPIs, revenue, and profit targets.
* Lead the development and execution of our channel strategy, driving partner‑sourced business through existing and new partner relationships.
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners, support the execution of growth‑focused business plans, and play a key role in developing and closing sales opportunities.
* Grow the Extreme Networks account and promote complementary vendor solutions, articulating the Exclusive Networks value proposition.
* Manage target‑driven sales activities against agreed profit requirements.
* Develop relationships at all levels of the vendor organization and serve as the key contact for Extreme Networks within Exclusive Networks.
* Provide training and enablement for Extreme Networks, ensuring accreditations are maintained.
* Conduct annual and quarterly business planning and review meetings with the vendor.
* Coordinate partner meetings and work closely with internal and external sales teams.

Qualifications and Experience
* 3+ years of proven sales experience.
* Drive and enthusiasm to develop sales and grow the business unit.
* Proven ability to form, build, and farm relationships, networking effectively and intelligently.
* Target‑driven with experience working to KPIs that map to business goals.
* Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
* Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution.
* Experience presenting to senior‑level contacts.
* Strong communication style and presentation skills.
* Sales reporting and analytical skills.
