Overview
Cleaning and Waste Operative (Day Shift) – Fixed Term contract. Salary: £12.85 / hour. Hours: 11 hours per day. Shift pattern: 7am to 7pm, 4 on / 4 off. Location: Birmingham Digbeth (B9 4EH) within a warehouse environment as part of the cleaning and waste team.
Your duties include general cleaning and tidying of all areas within the warehouse including washrooms and canteens. You’ll use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and products. You will ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order. You will respond to client call-outs and comply with Health & Safety legislation and policies. You will manage waste disposal.
