We are looking for a bright, friendly and proactive Telesales Executive to join our client’s expanding business development team within the financial services sector. You will need to be able to identify and generate opportunities through a database of existing customers in line with the company sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service every time. Key Responsibilities: * To identify and perform outbound sales calls, including lead generation, lead follow-up and sales qualification. * Maintaining the database ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate * Building profitable and enduring relationships with new and existing targeted customer opportunities * Maintain & prospect the database that supports the wider ambition of the business. * Achieve allocated sales targets and KPIs Key skills & Experience: * Experience of working in a telesales or tele appointment role * Excellent communication & organisational skills. * Highly results focused with a winning mindset. * Ability to interact effectively at multi-levels. * MS Office skills with a high level of numeracy and Excel skills.
