PMO Analyst - 12 months - £340-£345 per day INSIDE IR35 - Mostly remote. The occasional site visit required
We are looking for a PMO Analyst who has experience working on large, complex, multi-workstream programmes.
Strong understanding of hybrid delivery: waterfall and agile delivery at team level.
Proven ability to manage plans, RAID logs, dependencies and governance in a structured way.
Hands-on experience with both MS Project and Jira
Experience within the RETAIL sector is a MUST
Comfortable maintaining and interpreting integrated plans and milestones in MS Project.
Confident working with Jira boards/backlogs, basic configuration and reporting.
Exposure to BI / reporting tools (Power BI or similar) and strong Excel skills.
Able to interpret complex information and present clear, concise summaries for senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working with financial and resource data (forecasts, actuals, variances).
Desirable
Experience within a global or multi-region organisation.
Familiarity with portfolio / CTMO-style functions (prioritisation, demand, capacity).Behaviours & Mindset

Proactive and hands-on - spots gaps and fixes them rather than waiting to be asked.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to "translate" between business and technical stakeholders.
Mainly working from home with infrequent travel to client site in Hampshire
