Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of customer orders and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to quote and lead time requests promptly and professionally.
* Process orders by verifying export compliance documentation, RFIs, specifications, and stock availability.
* Coordinate with production teams to check lead times when stock is unavailable, ensuring order accuracy and confirmation.
* Analyse the order portfolio for each ASC and communicate deadlines on a weekly basis.
* Collaborate effectively to refine and improve lead times.
* Complete and maintain OTIF (On-Time In-Full) reports.
