As a Sales Coordinator based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for customers in person behind the trading counter, over the phone and via email. Managing a centralised inbox, dealing with customer queries and providing exceptional customer service at all times Supporting the team with sales order processing and processing quotes Managing a ledger of customers to upsell and expand accounts. You will also be reaching out to dormant accounts to win business This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm with no weekend working And here’s what we’d like you to have: A good attitude and to be confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
