Onboarding Coordinator - 12 Months FTC
Location: Leeds - 4 Days office based + 1 WFH

The role :
Working within the Talent team offering an excellent level of service to all our candidates, guiding them through the full on-boarding process, ensuring an experience-led journey, and collating all information required for background checking in a fast and efficient manner.
Take ownership for and be the main point of contact for all assigned candidates during their on-boarding journey, and collate all the required documents to complete a full onboarding pack for our new colleagues.
Conduct all pre-employment screening checks, including referencing, contracts, criminal records checks and other associated vetting, ensuring strict compliance to defined requirements, escalating where a candidate may not satisfy the requirements prior to start date.
Monitor related mailboxes and action queries accordingly.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the candidate experience and on-boarding process.
Other associated duties as directed and/or delegated to by Talent Onboarding Manager.
Knowledge and experience:
Experience working within an administrative role, or in a fast paced and volume led customer focused environment. With the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Customer centric approach with an experience-led journey at the front and centre.
Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
General understanding of the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR (2018) and the Equality Act (2010)
HR Administration experience desirable.
