As a Fire Risk Surveyor in the Fire Team within Social Housing you will be responsible for:
1. Conduct and manage fire risk assessments and ensure timely completion of remedial actions
2. Lead Fire Safety projects from inception to completion
3. Undertake post-incident investigations in collaboration with London Fire Brigade
4. Manage Contrcator performance and ensure compliance with relevant legislations
Is a hybrid role combining office based, home working and site visit work.
