The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, providing essential administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls and emails professionally

Managing property records and client information

Assisting with marketing and social media updates

Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Liaising with external suppliers and service providers

Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive and able to work independently

Friendly and professional approach to clients and colleagues

Experience in property or office administration is desirable but not essential
