We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Manager to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Lead the Composite Race Support Team, setting clear goals and performance indicators. Ensure all components are assembled to the highest standards, in line with engineering specifications. Streamline assembly processes to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve assembly challenges. Work with engineering to define appropriate repair schemes. Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments to meet delivery and turnaround schedules. Deliver training sessions to enhance the skill set of team members. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols. Foster a team environment that promotes innovation and accountability. Requirements Driven by high performance: What do you need to bring to the team? Proven experience in a managerial role related to composite assembly and repair within the motorsport or automotive sectors. In-depth understanding of composite production and assembly processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficient in using work allocation tools and relevant software. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Recent trackside experience within Formula 1 is preferred.
