What will you be doing?
This role will be a collaborative leader across Product + Design + Engineering, using foundations of discovery and data-driven delivery, to build solutions that get our Veterinary clients and Support Operations engaging with us in new ways and, help our clinic professionals deliver healthier outcomes to more pets.
This role will be working on a hybrid working model, with expectations you'd be in the Keynsham office at least once per month.
Key responsibilities include:
Translate business strategy into product strategy -articulate the product vision
Drive and deliver the product roadmapfor Zendesk & Execute product strategy
Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
Plan and carry out product launches
Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
Write high-level requirements- typically as user stories and epics
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
Work with the Zendesk team, product team, engineering team, support, operations, HR, finance teams, and operations teams to ensure a strong product vision
Manage relations with the Supplier and oversee license management
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the client experience
Manage everything that must be done to build, ship, and maintain the product.
Strong stakeholder management - internal & external (suppliers)
Technical Understanding of a platform as a service (PAAS)
Product life cycle management (strategy/roadmap)
