Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are recruiting a Band 5 or Band 6 Occupational Therapist (depending on experience) for a 12-month position within the Child Health Occupational Therapy Service in Tayside. Our service offers a three-tier model of delivery — universal, targeted, and specialist interventions — for children and young people from birth to 18 years. This role is based in Dundee within the CAMHS OT team, serving CYP across Tayside.
This position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and young people, and to develop or enhance specialist skills in Child Health Occupational Therapy within CAMHS. The role involves working in various community settings, including home visits, mainstream schools, and outpatient clinics. You will collaborate closely with professionals across health, education, and social services.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork.
* Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
* The service offers supervision, appraisal, regular training, and is dedicated to professional development.

Hours of work: Band 5 or Band 6, 12-month fixed-term/secondment, 37 hours/week. Part-time hours considered.
