Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Training Administrator to provide essential administrative support for the coordination and delivery of operational training programmes. This role plays a key part in maintaining training compliance, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of training activities across the business.
This homebased role is part time, 24 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities;
4. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and inductions across multiple sites
5. Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
6. Support Operations Training Managers, site-based trainers and managers with logistics, materials, and communications
7. Monitor training completion rates and generate reports for stakeholders
8. Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources
9. Liaise with internal departments to ensure training aligns with operational needs
10. Manage administrative processes related to the renewal and approval of Driver CPC modules
11. Provide administrative support for audits and quality assurance processes
You;
We are looking for a candidate with strong advanced Excel skills, capable of managing data, creating reports, and working confidently with formulas and spreadsheets. The ideal applicant will have proven experience in an administrative role—preferably within training or operations—and demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management abilities. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, along with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are also key, as this role involves working closely with colleagues across the business.
