Responsibilities
* Proactively research and identify potential B2B customers who could benefit from our solutions
* Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
* Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, fleet size, and requirements
* Book high-quality appointments with key decision‑makers for our field sales team
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and detailed activity
* Nurture prospects through follow‑ups to maximise conversion
* Collaborate with the wider sales team on targeted campaigns and prospecting strategies
* Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation and appointment targets
Qualifications
* A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
* Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and engaging new prospects
* Ability to quickly build rapport with business decision‑makers
* Target‑driven with a proactive, results‑focused mindset
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Tech‑savvy, with experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and MS Office
* A natural problem‑solver who can identify opportunities and add value
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment
Salary & Benefits
Salary – up to £30,000 per annum based on experience, enhanced by a generous commission structure up to £50,000 per annum.
Annual Leave – Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Public holidays and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
Pension – Employer contributions of 5%.
