Package
* GBP30,000 to GBP40,000
* Full-time & permanent role
* Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700
* Fully onsite working
* Parking onsite
Technical Service Advisor - Responsibilities
* Answer phone and email queries from customers regarding technical & installation issues on all products.
* Ask questions about plumbing and installation to identify if issues are related to our product or installation failure.
* Provide advice on products and troubleshooting.
* Send warranty replacement items and report faults to suppliers or factories.
* Identify spare parts needed instead of sending a whole new item.
* Send goods to customers via Sage 200 system.
* This role involves both customer service and technical advice.
Requirements
* Knowledge of plumbing and related products is desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to reply promptly to emails and phone calls.
* Stay calm when customers are upset and defuse tense situations.
* Ask questions to clarify issues when customers cannot explain clearly.
* Willingness to assist with various customer inquiries and learn about our products.
