We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team at Arrow Industrial Group Limited in the UK. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering high-quality industrial door systems and ensuring operational efficiency. The Production Worker will contribute to our commitment to safety and service excellence.
Responsibilities
* Working as a team to ensure the required products are sent out on time, correctly packed and sent with the correct courier
* Ability to work from diagrams, technical drawings & Instructions to complete allotted tasks
* Undertake tasks as instructed
* Operate appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with all instructions & guidance, including Health & Safety
* Process batch orders
* Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract requirements
* Carry out tasks within prescribed time limits
* Ensure compliance to quality standards, policies & Procedures, codes & Legislation including Health & Safety
* Adhere to all organisation policies & Procedures
* Contribute towards the efficient running of the team
Skills & experience
* Ability to work well in a team & on your own
* Friendly & Approachable
* Ability to use hand tools and cordless power tools
* Ability to accurately measure items
* Full UK Driving Licence
* FLT Licence
* Welding

* Basic Salary up to £28,000 per year
* Starting holidays of 22 days per year plus bank holidays (holidays increase with service)
