Your Mission You will work as part of a team in collaboration with surveyors to enable the team to effectively execute estate management in one of the three geographical regions in the UK (North/ Midlands, South)(and wider where required) each comprising approximately 1500-2000 sites, to ensure that the site agreements are managed, improved and renewed to meet Cellnex Business needs. The principle purpose of the role is to provide project support to the Site Negotiation and Landlord Experience teams. The role will require project management of distinct work streams and will also require some general administrative support for the wider team. This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices in Manchester, Reading or Leamington Spa 3 days a week, with 2 days at home. Key Responsibilities Site Negotiation Efficiency Programme -financial specialist support including PO & urgent payment requisitions and management for both the Rent Efficiency Programme (Capital Deployment and Code Lease Renewals) Supplier and stakeholder management providing a link and prioritise resolution of issues impacting performance making sure all our suppliers gets paid in time as per contracted (end of month invoicing, GRN-ing); Financial reconciliation VAT returns, refunds, credit notes, cash advance and freehold PO reconciliation in each month as required Liaising with Accenture, Suppliers. Sc, Payment proposals and Banking on payment dates and payment inquiries Legacy investigations: PO backlog clearing, reconciliation WeCal superuser, resubmissions, RUR submissions, reporting and execution Support for financial process development and mapping Financial and legal audit support as required Raising Rent inquiries and extraordinary rent payments to achieve completions Data analysis and maintenance Country Report Updates for monthly reporting to Spain 2 nd party wayleaves supporting Wayleave Applications (CAD team on drawings and site plans) Training / upskilling of colleagues on finance processes Legal PO WBS guide to internal surveyors Merdian, Siterra, HMRC fee calculator, SAP knowledge Covered and supporting paralegals on legal instructions (Legal Matter Tracker) Raising and Processing of Rent review POs Audit of Agora Documentation at Legal Completion Experience The ideal candidate will have experience working in a financial co-ordinator and reporting environment.
