1️⃣ Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Support the conveyancing team with administrative and secretarial duties
*
Prepare and manage legal documentation for property transactions
*
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression
*
Maintain accurate case records and manage diaries effectively
2️⃣ Private Client Legal Secretary
*
Provide comprehensive support to the private client team
*
Draft letters, legal documents, and manage confidential correspondence
*
Deliver excellent client care, ensuring queries are handled promptly
*
Organise meetings, manage diaries, and assist with case management systems
What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience as a legal secretary in conveyancing or private client law
*
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
*
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
