About This Role
We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at Murrow Primary Academy.
The ideal candidate will have recent, relevant experience of working across KS1 and KS2, with a focus on supporting children with additional needs, challenging behaviour, and SEMH needs. You should be adaptable, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. A full commitment to the school's vision and its goal to raise standards is essential.
You will assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality first teaching, supporting children one-to-one and in small groups, and working closely with our SENDCO and Pastoral Lead to adapt provision as needed.
