Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the warranty and goodwill policies and procedures.
* Accurately submit claims daily and weekly.
* Monitor warranty reports regularly.
* Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Check invoices and credit notes for accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty claims, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven administrative experience.
* Exceptional PC skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, with confident communication skills that inspire trust.
* Driving license is required.
