Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Central London (hybrid working)
Salary: £70,000
Role purpose:
This is a high-impact finance leadership role within a complex, values-led organisation undergoing change. The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a visible role at the heart of decision-making, shaping how financial insight supports strategy, performance, and future growth.

Key responsibilities
• Lead management accounting, forecasting, and planning for the organisation
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders and budget holders
• Provide insight, challenge, and support to enable strong operational and strategic decisions
• Develop and embed a proactive finance business partnering culture
• Lead and develop a small, capable finance team
• Support business cases, investment decisions, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to finance systems development and wider change initiatives
• Play a key role in governance, audit, and risk management processes

Person specification
• Proven experience in senior finance business partnering
• Strong relationship-builder, comfortable influencing across the organisation
• Adaptable, resilient, and confident operating through change
• Clear communicator with strong commercial and analytical skill
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
