Konker is recruiting an Architectural Technologist to join a medium‑sized practice in Manchester, primarily working across the residential sector. The practice is split across two offices – another in Liverpool – and has a close‑knit team of around 22 people.
Our practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from bespoke single-family homes and large-scale housebuilder layouts to high-rise residential schemes, master planning, later-living developments and regeneration projects. We take projects from concept to completion, focusing on end user needs.
Role Overview
As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll play a key role in technical delivery on a wide range of residential and regeneration projects. A collaborative approach, enthusiasm for teamwork and a genuine passion for contributing to thoughtful, people-focused spaces are essential.
The studio uses both AutoCAD and Revit, depending on the project type. Revit is used on high-rise schemes, while AutoCAD is favoured for housebuilder layouts. Experience with either software is welcomed. Support and training are available for AutoCAD users who wish to develop their Revit skills.
