We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Rental Support Apprentice to join our award-winning team. Responsibilities: Working within our established team you will be responsible for: Provide digital support to distribute damage claims to customers via Microsoft Outlook and 1Link (industry specific rental software). Become a 1Link superuser for the business. Be the first point of contact for bookings, reservations, re-rents, and quotations via the Key2 (internal system) and Microsoft Outlook with accuracy and attention to detail. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks and rental enquiries, triaging enquiries to rental team management when appropriate. Monitor outstanding and tasks, taking appropriate follow-up action using the Key2 and 1Link (industry specific rental system) systems. Complete daily support tasks to support rental operations. Desirable skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Good communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work well as a team. Salary: £18,000 per annum.
