What You'll Do:
* Start Small, Dream Big: Begin in a brand-new office in Wakefield, where you'll be the first point of contact for excited homebuyers eager to secure their dream home.
* The Real Deal: After mastering the ropes, including fact-finding and advising on best practices, you'll progress to become a home-based Mortgage Adviser. And yes, the company will fund your CeMAP qualification!
* Money Matters: Enjoy a solid foundation with a guaranteed £23k in your first six months, moving to a base of £20k after that, with generous commission structures that could see you earning up to £70k once fully qualified.
* Flexibility is Key: Work on a rotating 4-week schedule, including every other weekend. It's all about balance, and your commitment will be handsomely rewarded.
