Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their team in Bicester. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established international business, working within a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting the accurate handling, storage and dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes.
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control.
Ensure all products are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse.
Support general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and organisation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies at all times. Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (desirable).
Committed to health & safety and maintaining a clean working environment.
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential), full training will be given. Additional Information
Monday to Friday working hours (7:45am – 4:00pm)
