Job description: We are looking for a talented Hotel Receptionist to join our team at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate. The Role: This isn’t your ordinary Reception role, at YOTEL we have check in kiosks where we walk our guests through check in at a pace they set. From Self Service to hand holding, you’ll be managing guests in a variety of ways. Fantastic customer service skills are a must. A knowledge of the local area to support guests as needed would be beneficial too, as we’ll teach you the technical know how needed on the job. We only accept the best for our guests, and our teams and we don’t just want you to be proud of what WE do, we want you to be proud of what YOU do. You’re the expert. SOP ideas? Have development ideas for the team? Pitch them to us and design them with us. We believe collaboration is key and here at YOTEL – we have each other’s backs! This role will cover a variety of shifts including weekends contracted for a minimum 32-hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Helping guests check in on the hotel kiosks Updating systems & processing payments Working with the Sales team to highlight leads & opportunities Assisting F&B team & looking after guests in the hotel lobby Maintaining general cleanliness of lobby area and other public areas What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
